The individual caravans and cabins are not sound-proof. Experience shows that our guests tend to be very respectful – just like on real campsite, we just ask everyone be considerate of their neighbours.

Of course! However, for safety reasons, only children from the age of 5 are allowed in our halls. In some huts and caravans there is the possibility for an additional person in the bed for children from 5 years / price: 15,00€ per night. It is best to ask by e-mail or phone which solution is best for you. If you are travelling with babies, our hotel rooms are also more suitable for you. For a small surcharge, the little ones can sleep in the bed with you. We also have children’s travel cots incl. bed linen on site which we offer for 25,00€ / night.

That depends on what you mean by “centre”. Berlin is big city and we are very centrally located in the northern part of the Neukölln district. U-Hermannplatz is the nearest bus and metro station and is only a couple of minutes away from the hotel by foot. From there you can easily reach the rest of the city. For example, you can take the metro to Alexanderplatz in under 15 minutes or be in the City West in about 25 minutes. The neighbourhood of Kreuzberg starts only a few blocks away.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own car park and parking in the surrounding side streets is subject to a charge (€3 per hour) from Monday to Friday between 9am and 8pm.

 For longer stays, we recommend parking here at “Parkplatz Neue Welt” for around €15.00 per day (approx. 7 minutes’ walk from the hotel)

You can rent bikes in bike shops closed to the Hüttenpalast.

Yes, all caravans and cabins can be locked individually.

No, none of them do. There is a sanitary area in the Hall with gender-separated toilets and showers.

Unfortunately not. A small coffee and tea station is available in the hotel rooms and is set up every morning in the halls for guests staying in a caravan or hut.

Absolutely. The caravans and cabins are very cozy and the halls where they are located are heated during the cold season. We try to maintain an average temperature of 20 °C in both Summer and Winter.

Our reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Find the office to fill out the check-in form and accept your room key. If you are planning to arrive later, a different check-in time can be arranged. Just make sure to contact us as soon as possible with your travel plans and we will organize your check-in accordingly.
Kindly understand that we do not accept arrivals after 10 PM for caravans and cabins, so as not to disturb the other guests sleeping in the hall.
